- First we start with a full Nutritional Analysis where we look at existing eating habits and then make recommendations on what to continue eating and what needs to change.
- Once we know what needs to change, we build a tool kit for eating right with great recipes and explanations on what foods are healthy, easy to prepare, tasty and useful for your body and lifestyle!
- We look at specific needs and implement nutrients for your current situation. For example, if you are recovering from an injury we'll set you up with a week to week plan to eat foods that fight inflammation and build tissue to help your body heal.
- Once we have the food down we build a functional fitness routine that will support your dancing for you to be at your very best.
- I'll be with you monitoring your progress with regular follow ups and making adjustments and advances as we go!
