Body Work

As a dancer you use / push your body to its limits.  It is very important to take extra good care of it so it can stay in optimum  condition. A chiropractor, massage therapist and in some cases acupuncturist will mean the difference between a healthy body or aches and pains.

Dr. Rob and his team will help you stay healthy, strong, and feeling your best.

*Side note... Dr. Rob was my "primary care physician" so to speak for my entire time in Los Angeles.  Because of him I was able to overcome an injury that traditional doctors told me would stop me from dancing completely.  He and his team stay positive and get the work done.

In New York:

Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, etc

*I found Paul in my first month of being in NY and he is beyond wonderful.  Intuitive is exactly what he is.  He finds all the blockages in the body and untangles and frees them with a combination of techniques.
