Ingredients: 10-12 raw unsalted cashews 1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs 3 slices of frozen pineapple (each about 3 inches long and 1/2 an inch thick) 1/2 a mongo frozen and chunked 8-10 frozen raspberries 1 heaping tablespoon of hemp protein (or any vegan protein powder you like) 4 oz of coconut milk 1 oz of cold water Instructions: Blend for about a minute or until smooth and enjoy!
